Self-care used to be the lowest priority on my list. I spent my days rushing from point A to point B, managing my family’s needs, organizing my husband’s business, checking off the items on my never-ending to do list.
On the outside, my life looked productive and successful. But on the inside… I felt constantly drained and exhausted. I was totally disconnected from myself, my emotions, my life. And then one day I made a decision that changed everything.
I chose to do a simple act of self-care.
